Patrick Weil Bertrand is the founder of ArtGiverny, a gallery and research platform specializing in French and American Impressionist painters connected to Giverny and Normandy.

Over three decades, he has developed a particular focus on the painters of Giverny and Claude Monet's extended circle — Theodore Earl Butler, Blanche Hoschedé-Monet, and Jean-Marie Toulgouat — built on direct relationships with the artists' families, archives, and estates.

He is currently preparing the official catalogue raisonné of Theodore Earl Butler (1861–1936), in collaboration with the artist's descendants, and is recognized as a leading authority on Blanche Hoschedé-Monet (1865–1947) and the Giverny artistic colony.

Developed through decades of close collaboration with key figures of the Giverny circle, ArtGiverny holds significant private archives and documentary sources, including sound recordings, correspondence, and works on paper by artists who lived and worked in the village.

ArtGiverny has sold works to public institutions including the Musée Blanche Hoschedé-Monet in Vernon, France, and has exhibited at major art fairs including the Palm Beach Jewelry, Art & Antique Show and the San Francisco Fall Art & Antiques Show.

Patrick Weil Bertrand holds a doctoral degree in Marketing from the Institut d'Études Politiques de Paris, a B.S. in Economics from the Université de Lille, and an MBA from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
